Valledupar, Cesar

Held in Valledupar since 1968, it is built around vallenato music competitions. Judges crown the professional Vallenato King of the accordion and pick winners in other accordion categories, new songs and piqueria (improvised verse duels), and there is the Piloneras dance parade.
